Production Process: ABS plastic granules are melted and plasticized in an extruder, then formed into a tubular parison of predetermined dimensions by a die head. The parison then descends vertically into an open mold. The mold closes, clamping the parison. High-pressure air is blown into the parison, cooling it against the mold cavity and setting its shape. The mold opens, and a robotic arm removes the finished product. Subsequent processing includes deflashing, trimming, drilling, and painting.

2. Applications in Children's Amusement Toy Production
This type of product includes hollow components such as large slides, tunnels, climbing frames, and rocking horses.
