Production Process: ABS plastic granules are melted and plasticized in an extruder, then formed into a tubular parison of predetermined dimensions by a die head. The parison then descends vertically into an open mold. The mold closes, clamping the parison. High-pressure air is blown into the parison, cooling it against the mold cavity and setting its shape. The mold opens, and a robotic arm removes the finished product. Subsequent processing includes deflashing, trimming, drilling, and painting.
